W celu uzyskania kodów dostępu do apartamentu należy wypełnić online kartę rejestracyjną i zaakceptować regulamin firmy RentPlanet. RentPlanet Apartments może wyrazić zgodę na pobyt zwierząt w apartamencie po uprzednim uzgodnieniu z Klientem. Za pobyt zwierzęcia pobierana jest jednorazowa dodatkowa opłata. Gość ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność za wszelkie szkody spowodowane przez zwierzęta, które przebywały w apartamencie. RentPlanet Apartments zastrzega sobie prawo do dochodzenia od Gościa odszkodowania za powstałe szkody. W ramach rezerwacji konieczne jest uregulowanie podatku miejskiego w wysokości 3,40 zł za dobę za osobę.
