Red Riviera is a brand-new condo located in Escondido at Sienna Hills. With its open-concept main floor, it's a great place to spend family time! You'll find a large well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals. In the living area is a large sectional in front of a cozy fireplace. There is laundry conveniently located in the condo for your use. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with a private en-suite. The guest bedroom and bunk room share a bathroom also located upstairs. Downstairs is a small kid's area with fun toys to entertain! Off the main living area downstairs is a patio with seating, perfect for relaxing in the evenings or whenever you want some fresh air! You will have access to the pickleball court and the community pool is now open! Are you looking for adventure? There are endless trails to discover. This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Room Configurations: All Bedrooms Are Upstairs All Bedrooms have Flat Screen, Smart TVs Master Suite - King bed with private en-suite. Also has a Sofa bed (full size), Sleeps 1-3 Guest Bedroom - Queen bed, Sleeps 1-2 Bunk Room - Queen bottom, XL twin top bunk bed, Sleeps 1-3 Parking: The home has a small garage with a plug for an EV charger. (Bring your own cord) Additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community within walking distance. If bringing an ATV trailer, they can be parked in an open parking space but must be un-hitched from the support vehicle. There are extra long parking spaces located on one side of the community for Trailers and RVs. CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
