Unauthorized late check-out will be charged. • No Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors (€150–€300 penalty). • No Parties / Events: Immediate cancellation without refund + penalties may apply. • Noise: Quiet hours 22:00–08:00. Complaints may lead to eviction without refund. • Guests: Only registered guests are allowed. Extra guests will be charged or booking may be cancelled. • Damages: Any damage, loss, or excessive dirtiness will be charged via Airbnb’s Resolution Center. • Keys: Lost keys/access devices incur replacement fees (€50–€150+ depending on system). • Energy Use: Please turn off AC and appliances when leaving. Misuse may incur extra charges. Compliance & Liability Failure to follow the above rules constitutes a breach of the rental agreement and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Guests agree that any damages, violations, or extra costs (including but not limited to cleaning, repairs, replacements, or penalties) may be claimed and charged through Airbnb in accordance with their policies.
