To make your stay as pleasant as possible, you will also have at your disposal washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and basic cleaning products. We kindly ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Additional services: -Cleaning fee $500 MXN. The apartment is located on the second floor. We will be attentive to anything we can do to complement your stay, you will feel happy and welcome in this property. -An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week

Guest Access
For security reasons, when you arrive at the building, you must show an ID and indicate the address to which you are going in the booth. We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time. Our staff will meet you at the entrance of the property to hand over the keys and welcome you as you deserve :) Take your own precautions, the maximum check in time is at 6:00 PM. As a reference, the building has a red façade and glass door. We have 1 parking space reserved for you. For your comfort, the building offers 24-hour security and elevator.
