My flat is spacious, with discrete and modern decor and a relaxed feel. The living area is bright and airy, with a large, comfy sofa, a super comfortable armchair, and flat-screen TV, so sit back and make yourself at home! A gorgeous terrace, large windows and an integrated dining area with a table. Enjoy a fresh beverage on the terrace while making your plans around the city! This is my favorite place in the house, make yourself at home with family or business groups. Youβll also find everything you need to prepare a quick meal, prepare snacks for a day out to the beach or cook up in the fully-equipped kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use, including a coffee machine, toaster, and a microwave. β οΈ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights. It is the neighbourhood where you can find Carrer de Valencia, in which the apartment is situated. Itβs known for its grid system of straight streets, which was built in the 1860s to accommodate the cityβs rising population. There are many restaurants and cafes in this region, which is full of modernist structures with stone and iron embellishments on their faΓ§ade. *** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS *** - Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50β¬ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.. - National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so. - This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival. *** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT *** Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100β¬ charge per hour late) *** HOUSE RULES *** 1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400β¬ and possible eviction 2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am. 3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs). 4. Loss of keys will have a 100β¬ charge per key lost. 5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100β¬ + all cleaning fees involved. 6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
