The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, cooking utensils, and dining area. Step outside onto the private balcony, perfect for breakfast or evening drinks, with direct views over the residence’s pool, open in July and August from 10 AM to 7 PM. The bathroom features a bathtub, and essentials such as towels, shampoo, body wash, and a washing machine are provided. Included amenities: air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, linens and towels, wardrobe/storage, laundry nearby, and smoke detector. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, making this the perfect spot to enjoy the French Riviera without needing a car. It's an ideal base to explore Cannes, La Croisette, the Old Town (Le Suquet), and the nearby Lérins Islands. Please note: The residence is partly under renovation and certain common areas may appear dated or less well maintained. This in no way impacts the quality of the apartment, completely renovated, clean, comfortable and consistent with the photos. We always do our best to offer you a pleasant stay without unpleasant surprises. Your stay can be personalized with additional services available after booking confirmation. Professional cleaning is provided, and all linens and towels are included. Access to the residence's swimming pool is available from July to August, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, for a maximum of four people at a time. When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you. Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons: -dirty and/or stained laundry -dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt -loss of key or broken key - non-compliance with internal regulations -smell of cigarettes or presence of butts
