Le Bocca 302 is a renovated 25 m² one-bedroom apartment on the third floor of a secure residence with a lift. Its simple, bright interior makes it an easy seaside base where you'll feel at home from the moment you arrive. The air-conditioned living room combines a lounge area with TV, a dining table and a sofa bed for two additional guests. A wide sliding glass door lets the light in and opens onto a furnished private balcony – perfect for meals outdoors, overlooking the residence's pool and palm trees. The bedroom has a double bed; together with the sofa bed, the apartment sleeps up to four guests. Open to the living room, the kitchen has everything you need to cook as you would at home: hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, crockery and utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub and comes with towels and bed linen, and a washing machine makes longer stays easier. A welcome kit (shampoo and shower gel) is provided for your arrival; it is not intended to last the whole stay. Please note: the residence pool is open in July and August, from 10 am to 7 pm, for a maximum of four people at a time. Parts of the residence are currently being renovated and some common areas may look dated. The apartment itself matches the photos.

To finalise your booking, our agency will send you a secure registration form – a standard step required by French regulations for all short-term rentals. You will be asked for an ID document at that time, in line with current legal requirements. The apartment is prepared and maintained by our professional team: full cleaning and bed linen and towels are provided for every stay. Additional paid services are available on request after confirmation. Le Bocca 302 is a non-smoking property, with no pets and no parties. We kindly ask you to take care of the premises – charges may apply in the event of any damage.
