- In accordance with Law 679 of 2001, the entry of minors into any tourist establishment with fines for prostitution, sexual abuse, exploitation and/or pornography is strictly prohibited. - All guests must be registered at the front desk only with their Colombian ID, CEDULA, ("contraseña" are not allowed) or passport (physical format). Absolutely NO minors unaccompanied by their parents are allowed in the building unless they provide notarized permission from their parents. Minors accompanied by their parents must provide original birth certificate (physical format).

- Visitor Rules

1. Visitors are strictly prohibited from staying in the apartments after 2:00 AM. They must leave the premises before this time without exception. 2. Under no circumstances should the maximum occupancy limit of each apartment be exceeded. The total number of guests and visitors combined must always comply with the allowed capacity. 3. All visitors must present a valid physical identification document before being allowed entry to the apartment. No digital copies or photos of IDs will be accepted. - Foreign visitors must present a passport. - Local (Colombian) visitors must present their original national ID (cédula). Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the property and additional penalties. - Pets are not allowed; unauthorized pets in the apartment will lead to a penalty of $200. - Please be aware that for instant bookings the same day we cannot guarantee check in at 3pm. - Unauthorized late check-out will lead to a penalty of $100. - We are not responsible for the loss of objects left outside the safe. We are also not responsible for the loss of personal objects when the guest has had visitors in the apartment. - Please be advised that we are not responsible for external noise (street, restaurants, neighbors, constructions, etc). - No elevator there are just 4 floors and the apartment is on the 3TH floor. - The rate includes a daily cleaning of the apartment, which takes place from 9 AM to 12 PM. It includes general cleaning of the apartment and making the beds. Cooking is not included, personal belongings are not touched, and personal items are not washed. - There is security at night, and there are also cameras outside the apartments. IMPORTANT: No complying with the apartment and building rules may result in immediate eviction by police authority without any refund.
