Though it’s only steps away from Broadway, SoBro is its own neighborhood. It is, and will continue to be, one of the most highly developed areas of the city. You can easily walk from the honky tonks on Broadway to many of the SoBro businesses. One of SoBro's standout features is its exceptional walkability. Most errands can be easily accomplished on foot, and the neighborhood enjoys excellent connectivity to public transportation. However, having a car can be beneficial for accessing areas beyond the downtown core. There is paid parking in a parking garage on the first floor of the building. Parking rates start at 10.99/hour or $52.50 per day. Guests of The Lindsley are offered 50% off of parking rates. Please note that these rates are made at the discretion of the building and may change without warning. We may inquire about the purpose of your stay and reserve the right to decline bookings. - Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for longer stays and is charged separately before check-in.
