Located in the heart of Orange Beach at Grand Caribbean, you will enjoy the comforts of home while having amazing amenities at your fingertips. You can have it all with plush beds, clean and well maintenance condo, fully stocked kitchen, stunning beach views, outdoor pool, a gym, and public beach access right across the street (cross at light)! No fighting elevator lines or big staircases, this condo is located on the first floor with easy access for your entire group! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Hallway: Twin/Twin Bunk Beds Living Room: Pull Out Sofa Full bathroom located in the hallway. KITCHEN: Amateur cooks and culinary experts will both enjoy the fully stocked kitchen including blender, microwave, toaster, crock pot, griddle and more! Coffee lovers will enjoy your first cup on us! Your choice of Keurig or drip coffee maker. DINING: - 4 seats at the dining table - 4 seats at the kitchen bar LIVING ROOM: There's room for everyone on rainy movie nights at the beach; Two accent chairs, full size sofa around the coffee table. The comfortable sofa folds out to be a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Smart TV with streaming apps - bring your passwords. BEACH SUPPLIES: Save space in your car if you'd like! In the condo you'll find: 2 Chairs 1 Umbrella 1 Wagon Variety Beach Toys CONDO AMENITIES: Outdoor Pool Fitness Center Charcoal Grill Public boat ramp right next door. EXPECTATIONS: Upon arrival you will have clean sheets and covers on all beds. One bath towel and one hand towel per person provided. Two hand towels per bathroom provided as well as one kitchen towel. A starter supply of incidentals including: - 2 Dishwasher Tablets - 2 Laundry Pods - 3oz Dish Soap - Sponge - 1 Trash Bag per can - 1 Roll Paper Towel - 1 Roll Toilet Paper per bathroom PARKING: 1 car per reservation with $50 paid parking on site. Travel insurance recommended March-Nov. No refunds for inclement weather, water closings, marine life, etc. We are a family of 8 living the vacation life every day in Gulf Shores, AL!
