Three Rivers Resort is ideally situated in the heart of Almont, CO, just 20 minutes south of Crested Butte and 10 minutes north of Gunnison. “Orange Asher” (Every cabin is named after a fly pattern.) This premium cabin features a deck with a private hot tub and screened in porch. This porch/deck is larger than those on the other 2 bedroom cabins in this row and it sits under two giant old growth pine trees. There is a direct view to the Taylor River and an easy path down to the river bank. Because this is a one of a kind cabin, it is likely to be booked continuously in the summer, so get your reservations in early! Plenty of parking is available here. • One bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with a queen and a twin bed. • Sink/vanity in each bedroom. • Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer • Not included: Anything edible (including coffee, condiments, spices), laundry detergent • Plenty of parking here for 2 vehicles and toy trailers All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional $20/night/dog, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 4 people. There is an additional fee of $10/person/night for extra persons (ages 7 and over). Maximum occupancy is 5. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time.
