There are strict cleaning protocols to follow as the marble and stone are extremely bespoke and need t be handles correctly and with care. A cleaner will attend the flat for 2 hours a week if your stay is longer that 7 days. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments. Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s) Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 20pm-8am.
