Luxury and design first line beachfront apartment located in the 6th floor of a recently finished building. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, partial seaview balcony and a rooftop swimming pool in the common area of the building (only available in summer). Besides it has a parking space. It has all the amenities such us: Smart TV, WiFi, A/C, heating, Nespresso coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, etc. Ideal to enjoy Málaga to the fullest in front of the beach. Welcome to my home in Málaga! If you're going to be there that means that due to personal or work related reasons I'm out of my favourite city to live in the whole world. If you're looking for a perfect location, you're lucky, you found it! This luxury and design apartment is located in a recently build beachfront buliding at the first line of "Playa de la Misericordia". It can host up to 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms with plenty of closet space, two bathrooms, living room and a totally equipped kitchen (Nespresso, water boiler, microwave, oven, juice squeezer, professional pans, etc), Smart TV, WiFi, A/C amongst other things. Besides there is one available parking space inside the building and you will have access to the rooftop swimming pool of the building (from 30th of September 2018 is not available until the next summer). Is there anything better that after a long beach day have a refreshing bath at the pool before entering to the apartment? Pets are allowed (approval required first) but shouldn't be a problem with small and medium breed and non-aggressive. Last but not least, you will have my help to advise you regarding the apartment or what to do in this wonderful city. I hope you enjoy staying at my apartment the same way I do. Please note the apartment is being finished to be decorated, therefore some pictures doesn't show at the moment the final appearance of the different rooms. Pacífico is one of the newest neighborhoods in Málaga, offering numerous restaurants and chiringuito beach bars, plus supermarkets. Jog along the Paseo Marítimo Antonio Banderas while watching the sea. Central Malaga is easily accessible by car. Please tell me about your arrival time for the perfect organization of the check-in process. I would also like to have a check-out time to ensure that everything's fine in the appartment.
