Kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Unit includes a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. Exterior of the property is monitored by a Nest camera for safety. Unit is perfect for families and friends that are visiting Statesboro. No parties or events. This is the right side of a duplex. Walking distance to Del Sur and Gnat’s Landing. Several other great places to dine and shop along the Blue Mile in Statesboro. One pet is allowed per stay. Dogs only.
