This lovely brand new construction home has gorgeous forest views and natural light making you feel like your up in a tree house. With 3 king beds, 3 bathrooms, and a private hot tub it's the ideal couples getaway.* IMPORTANT: THE POOL, CLUBHOUSE, TENNIS, & PICKLEBALL COURTS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE MONDAYS THROUGH THURSDAYS, AND ALL US HOLIDAYS ARE EXCLUDED. ONLY 6 GUESTS AT A TIME MAY USE THE POOL! The pool is only open from approximately Memorial Day to Labor Day, and it is subject to weather and availability. Please see the complete list of pool, clubhouse, tennis, and pickleball court rules to make sure you are comfortable following them before booking. These are located under our house rules in the listing. This beautiful new home is the ideal Mt. Baker Escape! The Woodland’s is located just over the top of a serene little pond with mountain views. There are gorgeous walking trails along the river nearby. The large picture windows let the surrounding nature and trees in, making you feel like you’re up in a tree house. This well thought out home was designed just for the purpose of hosting guests. It has a large entry way with lots of space and hooks for drying off your hiking or snow gear and there are ski and snowboard holders as well. The first floor is the main entry and has an outdoor trail heading up to the hot tub behind the house. There is one large bedroom with a king-sized bed, two sleeper sofas that convert to twin beds to sleep 4 in this room, and a full bathroom and laundry room. The sleeper sofas are very firm so please take that into consideration depending on your needs. Heading up the stairs you will find the large picture windows letting in all the natural light around you, and a cozy wood burning fireplace for those relaxing evenings with your favorite beverage. Please note that we do not provide wood for the fireplace, but it can be purchased nearby. We ask that the wood stove only be used by those familiar with them, and confident that they will not ruin our wood floors around them. On this floor you’ll also find the well-stocked kitchen with everything you need for dining in, and a welcome binder with local places to eat if you prefer to go out. The large picture windows are ideal for relaxing in comfort while you enjoy the beauty of nature. The sliding glass doors let you out onto the front deck where you will find a propane BBQ. (Please note that children are not allowed on the deck because they could climb the railings.) The second bedroom is on this floor with a king-sized bed, and there's a sliding glass door going out to the hot tub. There’s another full bathroom with a shower/tub combo off of the living room.. If you prefer not to go through the bedroom to get to the hot tub, there is a pathway from the main entry to get back to it. Heading up to the third floor you’ll find a small lofted area, the master bedroom with another king-sized bed, and a full bathroom with a ¾ shower. *Please note that the third-floor landing is not safe for children, and they are not allowed on that floor because they could climb the railings. We do provide a baby gate to help with this. By booking this home, you agree you are solely responsible for enforcing this rule and anything that happens from your not enforcing it. One other thing to note is that there are several stairs walking up to this home that may not be ideal for the elderly or those with disabilities. We do have other homes which are handicapped accessible if you’d like to inquire of those. Don’t forget that your furry family are welcome too. We gladly host up to two well behaved dogs for each stay. ~We can not guarantee hot tub will be hot and ready the night of your arrival. It depends on how the previous guests treated it and if we have to drain it, but we will do our best to have it ready.  ~ PLEASE NOTE: This driveway can only hold 4 vehicles. NO PARKING is allowed on the road edges, vehicles must be completely in the driveway. We really appreciate your cooperation, and apologize for any inconvenience.  Also, this home has several stairs walking up to it that may not be ideal for those with physical limitations or the elderly. We do also have handicapped accessible homes as well if you're interested.  DAYS OF USE FOR THE CLUBHOUSE, POOL, TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL COURTS ARE AS FOLLOWS; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only, and all holidays are excluded. GUESTS MAY NOT USE THE FACILITIES ON ANY US HOLIDAY EVEN IF IT FALLS ON A MON-THUR. US Holidays are as follows; New Years Day Martin Luther King Jr Day Valentines Day Presidents Day St. Patrick’s Day Easter Mothers Day Memorial Day Fathers Day Juneteenth Independence Day Labor Day Columbus Day Halloween Veterans Day Thanksgiving day Christmas Eve Christmas Day New Years Eve POOL RULES THAT MUST BE FOLLOWED: Pool is subject to closure without notice and we do not give refunds due to pool closures; they are out of our control. Any rule breaking by your party will be fined by the Community and you are responsible for paying or reimbursing us for all those fines. NO EXCEPTIONS! The pool is only open approximately Memorial Day to Labor Day and is subject to opening later or closing earlier, it is weather dependent. No more than 6 guests may use the pool at a time You MUST take the pool key with you and return it to the home, it may not leave Snowline Community A $300 fee applies for ALL lost pool keys and lanyards; this is because property managers are not allowed to replace them. An owner must drive or fly up to the home themselves to be able to purchase a new key. If you or your guests lose or misplace the pool key and or lanyard you will be responsible for both the cost of replacement and the cost of compensating all future guests who now cannot use the pool due to your negligence. This is not negotiable, so DO NOT LOSE THE POOL/ FACILITIES KEY AND LANYARD! Pool may only be used Monday- Thursday, excluding holidays  “Open use” key (on yellow lanyard) is required.  Pool is Open daily 9am-dusk, it is seasonal and weather-dependent. Check the Snowline Community website for weather dependent changes. Warning: no lifeguard on duty, use pool at your own risk. Persons 14 years and younger must be accompanied by persons 18 years or older. No more than six guests per lot may use the pool at any one time. All persons must take a shower with soap before entering pool. Persons with a communicable disease or under the influence of drugs or alcohol prohibited. Food, beverages, glassware, smoking, chewing gum prohibited. No pets in pool area. No innertubes or air mattresses allowed in pool. No diving allowed. No running or horseplay in pool area. No loud music or games allowed in pool area. No persons shall swim alone. Keep all gates closed. Proper swimwear required. In case of emergency, dial 911; emergency phone at office. Contact Resident Manager for first aid and oxygen. TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL COURT RULES THAT MUST BE FOLLOWED: Courts may only be used by renters Monday- Thursday, excluding holidays. The “Open use” key (on yellow lanyard) is required. Court hours: 7am-11pm weekdays, you MAY NOT USE IT FRIDAY – SUNDAY OR ON HOLIDAYS. Please help us keep the courts clean. Courts are for tennis and pickle ball only. No wheels on the court surface. No pets allowed on court surface. By reservation, one hour per lot. Lot numbers may not appear twice per day on reservation lists. Remove your reservation from list upon completion of set.
