The home is on one level inside (no internal stairs). From the street you go up two short outdoor flights — second floor / no elevator. Welcome to a warm, comfortable home that can host up to 10 guests. The open-concept living, dining and kitchen area sits under a beautiful wood-beam ceiling, and the fully equipped kitchen has an island, high-quality AEG appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine. BEDROOMS (5) - Master bedroom: queen bed, A/C, 58" smart TV, in-room safe, ensuite bathroom and a private garden terrace. - Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4: full-size (double) beds with A/C. The second bedroom has a study nook, one of these bedrooms has a 58" smart TV, and the fourth has a full-size closet. - Bedroom 5: bunk bed for two, ensuite bathroom and a fan. The bedrooms lead to 3.5 bathrooms in total. Single double-thick air mattresses can be provided upon request.
