This newly renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit blends surf style with modern convenience, designed for surfers, couples, and beach lovers looking to relax, recharge, and ride the waves. Whether you’re catching early morning waves or winding down under the stars, Reefside is your place! What You’ll Love: 🏄♂️ Surf-Ready Location: Just a short stroll to the waves, with private surfboard racks and easy access to the beach. 🚪 Hassle-Free Arrival: Enjoy keyless entry with your own private code, making check-in and check-out a breeze. 🛏️ Modern Comfort: Plush memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, and a noise machine for a restful night. ☕ Fully Stocked Kitchen: Keurig, cookware, and all the essentials for cooking at home. ⚡ Stay Connected: High-speed WiFi and plenty of charging ports throughout the space. 🚿 Beach-Ready Perks: Outdoor shower, front and back entry, and 2 dedicated parking spots right out 🍴 Walkable Location: Across the street from food trucks during peak season, walkable to Ocean Grill & Tiki Bar, and just 1 mile from the boardwalk. We also supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay
