The beach is only a short walk away, and the residence features a swimming pool open in July and August. This approximately 30 m² apartment has been designed to offer a comfortable and functional stay. The bright living room includes a sofa bed, a TV and a dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed and storage space. The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, sink and storage. The private balcony, equipped with outdoor seating and a table, is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate with a morning coffee or an evening meal. The apartment also includes air conditioning, WiFi, a washing machine and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Guests can also enjoy the residence’s shared swimming pool, open in July and August. The neighborhood The apartment is located in Cannes La Bocca, a lively and authentic area of Cannes known for its proximity to the sea and its many shops. Cannes La Bocca Beach is just a short walk away, perfect for relaxing by the Mediterranean or enjoying seaside walks. The center of Cannes and the famous Croisette are easily accessible within a few minutes by car or public transport. Nearby you will find bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and local shops that make daily life very convenient during your stay. The La Bocca market, popular with locals, is also nearby and offers fresh regional products. From here, you can easily reach: the Palais des Festivals La Croisette the historic district of Le Suquet Mandelieu and its beautiful beaches The apartment is ideally located in Cannes, just a short walk from the beach, the city centre, La Croisette, the Forville Market and the historic Suquet district. You’ll find everything you need nearby: bakeries, grocery shops, restaurants and cafés, as well as public transport and the train station. Please note: The residence is partly under renovation and certain common areas may appear dated or less well maintained. This in no way impacts the quality of the apartment, completely renovated, clean, comfortable and consistent with the photos. We always do our best to offer you a pleasant stay without unpleasant surprises. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. Access to the residence's swimming pool is available from July to August, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, for a maximum of four people at a time. Your stay can be personalized through services offered after the reservation is confirmed. Professional cleaning is provided by our team, and bed linen and towels are included. When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you. Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons: -dirty and/or stained laundry -dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt -loss of key or broken key - non-compliance with internal regulations -smell of cigarettes or presence of butts
