CHECK-IN TIME - from 3pm. - We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time. CHECK-OUT TIME - until 10am. - Please contact us if a late check-out is required. GUESTS - Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in - Please do not book on behalf of other people. - Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names. AMENITIES -A complimentary initial pack of amenities is provided upon arrival. Any additional supplies required during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests. Guest Verification & Damage Deposit -Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest". -Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid. -Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported. -The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest. RATE INCLUDES - Pool - Bed linen and bath towels - Coffee Machine: Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Machine (coffee pods are not supplied). - Amenities as listed below AMENITIES - Amenities provided paper towel, salt, pepper, oil, aluminum foil, tea, coffee, sugar, spray and wipe, dish liquid, CHUX, rubbish bags, sponge, laundry tablets, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. - Amenities are only restocked at the start of stay RULES - No pets. - No smoking. - No parties. - Visitors are not allowed overnight. - Quiet time: 9pm to 7am. PARKING - There is a parking available. - There is some private parking near the apartment with good rates with you need more than one parking space.
