According to City of Cape Town Municipality guidelines, construction is allowed from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. The situation is beyond our control. However, we hope that this doesn't impact your stay! Important Information for Long Stays For bookings longer than 7 nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled every 7 nights (e.g., on Day 8, Day 15, etc.) to maintain hygiene and linen quality. This service includes fresh linen, light cleaning, and trash removal. Fee: R840 per clean (separate from the standard cleaning fee). The fee is payable in advance via Airbnb’s Resolution Centre (an official Airbnb process) and must be settled before check-in. Please note: Linen may only be used for a maximum of 7 nights before replacement. Please note that South Africa experiences scheduled power outages known as loadshedding. This is managed by Eskom to prevent strain on the national power grid. Loadshedding may affect electricity availability for a few hours at a time. To stay informed about loadshedding schedules in our area, we highly recommend downloading the EskomSePush app. This app provides real-time updates, schedules, and notifications so you can plan accordingly.
