About the Home
Gorgeous, sunny and stylish 2-bedroom in the best neighborhood in the city. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, floors, windows ... The entire space is bright and lovely and thoughtfully decorated, with West Elm furniture, high-end linens and brand new beds. There's a beautiful spacious and comfortable deck, a washer/dryer, a flatscreen TV with streaming channels. The apartment also offers a dedicated workspace if you're working from home, with fast and reliable wifi. The kitchen is sunny, spacious and stocked with everything you need to make great meals -- and you're also a ten minute walk from Rittenhouse Square, the heart of the city, where fantastic restaurants and cafes abound. Even closer are excellent restaurants (I'll give you my recommendations at check-in) -- and Ultimo, the best coffee in the city, is only a few blocks away. You're also walking distance to many parks, 3 playgrounds within a couple blocks and the Schyulkill River (perfect for runs and people-watching). One of the things I love most about this apartment is how central it is to everything, while still being on a quiet, friendly, tree-lined street. It has a walkscore of 95, and easy self check-in. It's also managed by a Philly native and highly experienced host (4.98 average rating) so your experience here -- the moment you arrive in Philly -- will be as seamless and easy as possible. A free renovated public pool is only a block away! Enjoy a quiet, friendly, safe and tree-lined street in the center of the city, with absolutely everything you'll need to settle in. Looking forward to hosting you!I've put my heart into this place to ensure that you'll be happy here -- whether for a long-term work trip or a fun weekend with friends and family. This place has it all -- looking forward to hosting you!
