All guests are subject to the condominium rules, and failure to comply may result in fines that will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed. It is not permitted to walk around the building in swimwear such as bikinis, swimsuits, or shorts without a shirt.

House Rules and Terms

If check-in is done between 9 PM and 6 AM, an extra fee of R$ 250 will be charged, referring to the support of a person to assist you with the in-person check-in. All guests are subject to the condominium rules, and failure to comply may result in fines that will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation. Online registration of all guests in the reservation is mandatory. Entry will not be permitted for unregistered guests. Guest substitution during the stay is not allowed. We provide only two toilet paper rolls per bathroom, and no replacements are offered after they run out. Smoking inside the apartment may result in a fine of R$ 300. Do not walk through the building wearing swimwear such as bikinis, speedos, or shorts without a shirt. For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity and gas consumption will be charged separately according to usage. For reservations longer than 2 weeks, an additional cleaning service of R$ 250 must be scheduled to ensure proper sanitization of the property; linen change is included.
