There is no reserved or overflow parking beyond what’s described here. • Shared spaces: The kitchen, dining area, and the upstairs sitting/lounge area are shared communal spaces with other guests in the building. • Security cameras: Exterior cameras are located at both the front and back doors. Interior cameras monitor the hallways only (two downstairs positioned over the entry door; two upstairs with one over the back door and one above the entryway to the lounge). Cameras cover common areas/hallways only; there are no cameras in the kitchen, lounge, or any private suites. • Larger groups: You can rent an entire floor of Adina for more space, or reserve the whole B&B for full privacy, pending availability. • Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found, an additional cleaning fee will apply. If you’re traveling with pets, please reach out for recommendations on local boarding options. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up.
