Bungalow #1 in Playa Alicia, Sosua.

- The entry of SEX WORKERS is not allowed. - THE ENTRY OF GUESTS IS NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION. - Rentals of 6 days or less will have 7KW per day of Air Conditioner usage. The excess shall be paid by the Guest at a rate of RD$20.00 per KW. Using Air Conditioner with doors and windows open is not allowed. - The number of occupants of the bungalow must be informed at the time of booking. Each room has a certain amount of guests allowed depending on the beds. - Cleaning is done ONCE A WEEK in case of long-term stays. We do not provide daily cleaning service. Extra cleanings shall be paid by the Guest at a rate of US$10.00.- - CHECK OUT is at 1:00 PM. CHECK IN is at 3:00 PM. If the Guest is not present at CHECK OUT, the Guest authorizes the administration to remove his/her personal belongings and discharge the administration of any loss or theft. - CHECK INS and CHECK OUTS between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM (after hours), must be notified 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance. - Towels must not be taken out of the bungalow. THEY ARE NOT FOR USE ON THE BEACH. - The administration has the right to enter the property at any time. Especially in cleaning cases. - Keep the house in perfect condition during the rental period stipulated by both parties. - Make convenient and reasonable use of the means of comfort made available to them (water, air conditioning, ...) and of household appliances and furniture. In case of damaging, breaking or losing any item in the bungalow, you will have to pay its price. - Notify reception, in case of breakdown, damage or accident that may occur in the bungalow during your stay. - Do not disturb the neighbors. LOUD MUSIC is not allowed. - SMOKING PROHIBITED inside the bungalow. Breaking this rule will incur in a fine of USD$100.00 (One Hundred American Dollars). - Long term rentals are paid in advance, month by month. The delay and/or lack of payment will lead to the suspension of internet, water and electricity services. - We reserve the right of admission. - The administration reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time.
