Sliding doors open it up for the breeze, or close for air conditioning and ceiling fans instead. Just beside it, the kitchen is ready for cooking in, or a private chef can be booked for lunch or dinner. Out front, a small terrace runs beside the pool, room enough for a couple of loungers and a quiet spot to sit back with a drink. Each of the four bedrooms comes with its own ensuite bathroom and an ocean view, so every room feels just as good as the next. Two junior rooms and a master bedroom with a private balcony fill the second floor, good for families or a group who want everyone close together. One floor higher, the third floor master has a private jacuzzi and its own rooftop lounge, a nice spot to have some time away from the rest of the group. Set in Bingin, one of Uluwatu's more laid-back corners, the villa feels tucked away even though everything is close by. Days can start with the sound of the ocean before heading down to Bingun Beach, and evenings are easy with Uluwatu's cafes and warungs just a short drive off. The beach, food, and local life are all within reach, but once you're back at the villa, it's quiet enough to feel like your own space. The staff will come daily to clean the villa for you. If you let the management know at least a day in advance, they may also provide a delicious breakfast at the villa. You may also engage a private chef to prepare lunch or dinner, please ask our manager for options and pricing. The manager will also help you with any inquiries or needs you might have while you're there. He/She can assist with setting up laundry services, massages, restaurant visits, vehicle or scooter rentals, and more. Do not hesitate to get in touch.

Good to know

Parking at the villa is suited to 1 medium sized car, along with space for scooters. There is construction near the villa. Noise may occur during working hours. As with anywhere in Bali, being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time, bats, lizards, bugs, all completely harmless and part of local everyday life. The villa does not have a generator, so in the rare event of a local power outage this is outside the host's control. FAQs Q: What time is check in? A: Check in is from 2 PM. If you arrive earlier, you are very welcome to drop your luggage at the villa and start exploring the neighborhood while our team prepares everything for you. Early check in may be possible depending on availability, and we will always do our best to accommodate your request, but it cannot be guaranteed in advance. Our on site team is available until 5 PM. For arrivals after 5 PM, we provide a simple and smooth self check in process so you can settle in comfortably at your own pace. Q: What time is check out? A: Check out is at 11 AM to allow our team enough time to prepare the villa beautifully for the next guests. Late check out may be available depending on the next booking schedule and must be confirmed in advance. Additional charges apply. For departures between 11 AM and 3 PM, a fee of 50 percent of the daily villa rate will apply. Any departure after 3 PM will be charged at the full daily villa rate. If you need assistance with luggage storage after check out, please let us know in advance. When the villa is not immediately occupied, we are happy to help store your bags. Q: Is daily housekeeping included? A : Yes, daily housekeeping is included in your stay. To ensure your privacy and comfort, cleaning is arranged at your preferred time. Simply coordinate with your villa host to schedule the service. Housekeeping is provided once per day. Your dedicated villa host is available via What'sApp from 9 AM to 5 PM and remains on call for emergencies. They are always happy to assist with any requests, although they do not stay on site at all times. Q : Can we request extra clean towels? A : In support of our eco conscious approach, towels are refreshed every three days. If you would like your towels replaced, please leave them on the floor and our housekeeping team will collect and change them. Towels left hanging on the racks will be considered clean and will not be replaced. If you require additional towels outside of the scheduled change, feel free to reach out to your villa host and we will do our best to assist. Q : What is the maximum occupancy for the villa? A : The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including children. For comfort, safety, and licensing compliance, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond this number at any time. If your group size changes before arrival, please inform us in advance so we can assist you accordingly.
