The apartment is on the top floor, with a living area and stairs to the mezzanine, a dining area with a large wooden table, and a kitchen island with counter seating. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware and dishes). Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer and an iron are provided. Maison Jacynthe, in the building, offers 100% natural, vegan beauty products and treatments.

We use our own secure system for ID verification and guest communications. After booking, you will receive a link to verify your identity (valid ID), accept the rental agreement and, if applicable, pay a refundable security deposit by credit card, according to the booking channel's policy. This step is required before you receive your guest guide and access instructions, which are sent a few days before arrival. Minimum age: the primary guest must be 25 or older. Only guests registered on the reservation are allowed. The base rate covers a set number of guests; a fee of $70 per additional person, per day, applies automatically if the registered number is exceeded, and the maximum occupancy must always be respected. House rules: no smoking or vaping, no parties or events, no pets ($300 penalty per pet if not respected), quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., shoes off at the entrance. This is a self-serve apartment, not a hotel, in a century-old building where Maison Jacynthe's boutique and spa operate: please be considerate of the other occupants.
