Please confirm eligibility prior to booking. -The person booking the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. -A check-in form and rental agreement may be required prior to arrival. Supplies -Starter supplies are provided for your stay, including linens, towels, toiletries, paper products, soap, detergent, and basic kitchen essentials. Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of your stay and are the responsibility of guests to purchase once the provided stock runs out. General Rules -Please respect quiet hours and be considerate of neighbors at all times. -No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted. -Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless otherwise approved. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. -Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in forfeiture of deposits, additional cleaning charges, and smoking-related fees. Improper disposal of cigarette butts may also result in additional cleaning charges. -Excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, unauthorized pets or guests, policy violations, or other issues requiring additional labor or remediation may result in additional charges depending on severity. Failure to report issues upon arrival may result in guest responsibility for unreported damages.
