The first of three bedrooms is located on the main level, offering a spacious and comfortable retreat. It features a king-size bed, a cozy seating area with chairs, and a soft area rug that adds warmth to the space. Thoughtful touches like a dresser, side tables, and lamps create a relaxed, functional layout, while a smart TV provides easy entertainment. With direct access to the hot tub just steps away, soak away the stress for the perfect night's rest! The main level also includes a full bathroom, located just off the hallway with easy access from the living area. It features a walk-in shower and a single vanity. Just to the right of the main-level bedroom, the laundry room is equipped with a combo washer and dryer for added convenience. It also includes thoughtful touches for four-legged guests, with dog bowls and a crate available to help keep your fur babies comfortable and happy during their stay. The upper-level loft is a versatile retreat, thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and productivity. Fur babies are warmly welcomed, with up to two dogs allowed (under 50 lbs. each). To help keep the space comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that pets remain off the furniture and beds. When outside the cabin area, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. So much to do, many adventures to be had, places to see and enjoyment for all! Soar high and nestle into your unforgettable mountain escape! The journey to The Nest is all paved roads until you turn on the gravel access road leading back 1.2 miles to the cabin. It will have various inclines, common mountain road bumps and turns to reach the top of the mountain. The road is wider than most entrance roads and provides several pull off areas for other vehicles. For inexperienced mountain drivers, AWD or 4WD is recommended. It is located in a mountain neighborhood with most of the cabins being occupied year round. It is a very private location with no one behind you but it does have a cabin across the entrance road and to your left. It sits on the mountain ridge providing amazing long range views with unprecedented sunsets! Access is all paved roads until you turn on the gravel access road leading back 1.2 miles to the cabin. For inexperienced mountain drivers, AWD or 4WD is recommended. The cabin is 29 minutes from Ellijay and 36 minutes from Blue Ridge. It provides an amazing mountain escape to really enjoy true mountain living! Privacy: Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs. The guests maximum should not be exceeded at this property Pets: Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 50 lbs. The owners respectfully request you crate your dog while away and to keep them off the beds and furniture. Trash and Litter: Trash pickup service is on Wednesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at: Advanced Disposal: 10169 Lakewood Hwy, Mineral Bluff, GA 30559 Advanced Disposal: 44-51, Blue Ridge, GA 30513 Quiet time: Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside.
