This spacious three-bedroom, two bathroom, well designed, fully equipped and furnished house provides the setting for a perfect family or group of friends' get together for a fun, relaxing and memorable vacation. The living room has large and comfortable corner window seating, a rustic fireplace and the master bedroom steps out to the jacuzzi on the deck. You can enjoy a quiet moment, reading in the loft area overlooking the white-water waves or have a raving cookout with friends dining on the large wrap around deck area. Sipping on a glass of wine, soaking in the hot tub below the cold starry night before retiring in the comfortable bed to top off a day of hiking and exploration. SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch. Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night. Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
