The master bedroom has a private sun nook, an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and access to a shared balcony with gorgeous mountain views. The 2nd bedroom has beautiful ocean views from the shared balcony and shares the family bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. The 4th bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is perfect for the kids. On the lowest level you will find the 5th bedroom which is a private suite boasting a small kitchenette, en-suite bathroom and has it’s own private entrance. This property is perfectly located with views for days, positioned at the entrance to a quiet cul-de-sac and a 2 minute walk away from a scenic mountain hike along the 12 Apostles mountain range. Rates for 2025/26 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. The construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet, and we cannot provide any guarantees regarding this.
