Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a pet fee of $125. • **Absolutely no parties allowed- Grounds for termination** The house is outfitted with an exterior Minut noise device, which monitors noise decibels (does not record) in an effort to respectful of our neighbors • Quiet hours per the city of Palm Harbor- 10pm-7am • Please note there is a ring camera at the front door and 2 on either side of the house - these are solely for security purposes. The side cameras are not active as we do not have access to them. • Please note the pool is not heated. However, in the summer months, please expect it to be warm naturally! • Charcoal Grill Florida License #: DWE2104458 CERTIFICATE #: STR25-00163 You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: - Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. - Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. - Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property.
