San Diego Luxury Haven with Heated Pool/Hot Tub

1. Quiet hours are 9pm-7am on weekdays and 10pm-7am on weekends. This is a family neighborhood with kids all around you who take naps and parents who work from home, so please be respectful with noise even if it isn’t quiet hours! And, when it is quiet hours, please be extra aware of coming and going in the front of the house. 2. No parties/events. Only the approved guests are allowed in the home. 3. Pets are not allowed in the house. 4. No smoking or vaping inside. 5. If you are decorating for a special event, please use only command hooks/strips on our walls. Tape and other adhesives may damage the finish. The pool and hot tub are heated on request. The hot tub takes about 15min to heat but the pool can take a couple hours depending on the temperature outside. We don’t charge for the heat but ask that you let us know when you’re not using it so we can save on our energy bills!
