If any items are broken or damaged during your stay, you will be held responsible for them, and the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to you. 3- Damage Reporting: If you find any items broken or damaged upon arrival, please report it within 60 minutes of check-in. If not reported within this timeframe, you will be held responsible for the damage or loss of any items. 4- Construction Noise: The apartment is near some construction, but we’ve ensured that double-glazed windows minimize any noise. Guests have been informed in advance that the construction will not affect the stay, and we will not offer compensation or accept complaints related to it. 5- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. A 500 AED fine will be charged if smoking occurs indoors. 6- No Pets: Pets are only allowed upon prior request. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet. 7- Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 8- Parties and Events: We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or large events in the apartment to maintain a peaceful environment.
