Tucked away in a peaceful setting, yet within easy reach of Ubud’s cafés, culture, and nature, this villa is an ideal escape for couples seeking quiet luxury, connection, and time to truly unwind. Our villa host will assist you with any questions or requests that may come up during your stay. He can also assist with the following: scooter/car rental, transportation, massage, and local knowledge and tours. Please do not hesitate to contact him during your stay. A private car park is located just next to the villa and can fit a medium-sized car.

Good to know

The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others. Please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life! VILLA WITH RICE FIELD VIEW As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear noises which come from insects and animals who inhabit the rice field and surroundings (frogs, chickens etc.). This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification/intervention out of their scope. Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem. Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host's scope. No generator is available on site. In Bali, calls for prayers are set by the government twice a day at 6 AM and 6 PM. Those are coming from nearby temples and can be heard throughout the island. This is a government regulated practice on which the host has no power of intervention/modification and therefore cannot be held responsible for. We are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our guest during your stay, the villa is thoroughly cleaned following the AirBnb cleaning procedure. === FAQs - Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in after 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them. - Q: Could I have a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa? - A: Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. However a menu with different options is available at the villa for you to choose from if needed. In this case, our villa host will be the one shopping for groceries and preparing the food directly at the villa. This will imply a cover charge and the groceries cost to be settled. For all other requests and meals, should you wish to have a professional chef or a professional catering, we can recommend trusted partners with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. For both simple breakfast by your villa host or other more sophisticated dining services, simply inquire with your villa host a day before to ensure availability. We will be happy to help you arrange all kinds of services. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you. Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast? - A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of IDR 430k/ tray. Breakfast tray can be shared between four guests . The order can be placed directly to to onsite staff, by the latest, the morning before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your villa host should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? - A : This villa is for 2 people, but the maximum capacity is for 4 people which means that the 3rd and 4th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person. Payment & Cancellation Policy All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button. Damage Deposit A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team. House Rules - No pets - No parties or events ⁠- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning.
