Within easy walking distance, you’ll find the Sea Point Promenade, cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, boutique shops, and the popular Mojo Market, while nearby attractions like Clifton, Camps Bay, and the V&A Waterfront are just a short drive away, making this the perfect location for both leisure and work stays. The apartment features an open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials needed for easy self-catering. From morning coffee to relaxed dinners at home, the space is designed to be both practical and enjoyable. The bedroom offers a comfortable retreat with quality linens and natural light, creating a calm place to unwind after a day exploring the city. Green Point is a popular leisure district dominated by its namesake park, with lakes, jogging trails, a hedge maze and a biodiversity garden planted with indigenous flora. The park is also home to Cape Town Stadium, a sleek sports and concert venue with tours. Espresso bars, Italian restaurants and burger joints line Main Road, and there are steakhouses and fish eateries along nearby Sea Point Promenade. We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Thank you in advance for your cooperation! We want to inform our guests in advance about potential disturbances during your stay. According to City of Cape Town Municipality guidelines, construction is allowed from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. The situation is beyond our control. However, we hope that this doesn't impact your stay! Important Information for Long Stays For bookings longer than 7 nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled every 7 nights (e.g., on Day 8, Day 15, etc.) to maintain hygiene and linen quality. This service includes fresh linen, light cleaning, and trash removal. Fee: R870 per clean (separate from the standard cleaning fee). The fee is payable in advance via Airbnb’s Resolution Centre (an official Airbnb process) and must be settled before check-in. Please note: Linen may only be used for a maximum of 7 nights before replacement. Please note that South Africa experiences scheduled power outages known as loadshedding. This is managed by Eskom to prevent strain on the national power grid. Loadshedding may affect electricity availability for a few hours at a time. To stay informed about loadshedding schedules in our area, we highly recommend downloading the EskomSePush app. This app provides real-time updates, schedules, and notifications so you can plan accordingly.
