Unregistered guests are not permitted without permission of the host/owner. Only the number of guests permitted on your rental agreement are allowed; not the maximum occupancy of the house. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Security is strict about noise violations - please ensure noise is kept to a conversational level only during quiet hours, in order to avoid fines. Pool & Spa: Your stay includes the heating of the pool to 83 degrees. The Pool system will be set to this level upon check in. The spa heats up very quickly so it should be set to the desired temperature 15-20 minutes prior to the time of use. 100-104 degrees Fahrenheit are considered the best temperature range for the spa. The spa heat and jets should be turned off when it is no longer being used for more than an hour. This property has certain areas that could be dangerous for children if unsupervised. It is the responsibility of adults to supervise small children. Outside Contractors such as Masseuses, Chefs, Butlers, DJs, Bands, Childcare Personnel, etc. are not permitted. Only pre-vetted contractors through our on staff concierges will be allowed. The renter who books the villa must stay at the property. The right to stay in the accommodation cannot be transferred or assigned to another person or persons without prior consent of the host/owner.
