Tradewinds is an impressive mansion with five bedrooms situated in the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate. It provides a spacious, luxurious, and secluded escape ideal for groups of friends or family. The flawlessly designed interior boasts a dining terrace, lounge gazebo, wet bar, sun deck, well-equipped kitchen, and private swimming pool. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in its 5 en-suite bedrooms, with the master bedroom spanning the entire top floor and featuring balconies on each side. The staff, including a Chef, Butler, Housekeeper, Laundress, and Gardener, are all included. The villa is only a few minutes away from the stunning West Coast beaches, and guests will have access to the Sandy Lane Beach Facility's private cabana, tennis courts, and golf course. There are also waterfront restaurants, duty-free shops, boutiques, and beach bars in close proximity. Staff: • Housekeeper - 6 days per week - Summer, Winter & Festive • Laundress - 3 days per week - Summer, Winter & Festive • Chef - 6 days per week - Summer - 2 consecutive Meals • Chef - 6 days per week - Winter & Festive - 3 consecutive Meals • Butler - 6 days per week - Winter & Festive • The head housekeeper assists the chef with serving meals during the summer season.
