Since 2012, we have hosted over 8,000 families in our villa inventory and you can expect top-notch service from our employees. ________________________________________ ADDITIONAL SERVICES • Golf carts – 6 Passenger golf cart from US$80 per day • Bicycles – Starting from US$15 to US$35 (rates may vary depending on availability and supplier) • Supermarket purchases – US$50 per trip • Babysitter, in-villa massages, tee times, excursions, and various activities can be arranged by your concierge Requests should be made 48 hours in advance Activities with extra cost ________________________________________ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY Jan 6 – Dec 17 • 50% of the total amount is required at time of booking. • Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. • Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable. • Within 59 days or less, refunds won’t apply. Dec 18 – Jan 5 & Thanksgiving Week • 50% of the total amount is required at time of booking (non-refundable). • Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival. • No date changes allowed during this season unless force majeure limits travel (valid for 11 months from cancellation). • No refunds for seasonality rate changes. NOTE: A US$150 administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was made via wire transfer. If payment was made by credit card, a processing fee of 4% of the paid amount will be retained. ________________________________________ RULES • No Hookahs: Hookah use is prohibited on the property. • Age Requirement: The reservation holder must be 25 years or older. • Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. • This is a no-smoking property. • No pets allowed. • Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. • The use of any outside vendors—including but not limited to private chefs, event planners, photographers, or external golf cart providers—may be subject to additional fees. All external services must be approved in advance by property management.
