Mario Loft+Slide·Sleeps 26·Disney & Epic·Free Pool

🔹 Up to 26 registered guests. Please share your guest list before check-in. 🔹 Smoking is OUTSIDE only — never inside the home. 🔹 Celebrations are welcome — it's a fun house! We just ask: registered guests only, keep it respectful, and observe quiet hours after 10 PM (we're in a gated community with neighbors close by). 🔹 No glass on the lanai or in the pool — outdoor-friendly drinkware is provided. 🔹 The pool is screened with a child safety fence that stays in place. Young children should never be near the water unsupervised. 🔹 Pets are family here and stay free — please pick up after them and crate them when they're home alone. 🔹 Free parking for up to 5 vehicles. This is a guard-gated resort — please follow the access and parking guidance in your guidebook. 🔹 Please treat the themed rooms and game loft with care so the next family can enjoy them too. We strongly recommend travel insurance — not sure what type you need? We're happy to help. — Ryan & Amanda, Sunbeam Stays
