Featuring full undercover entertaining area with drinks fridge, TV, BBQ . Spacious enclosed back yard, offering off street parking and boat parking. Reverse cycle air-conditioning, clothes dryer, TV in main bedroom, extra toilet off the laundry. Bed configuration consists off 2 queen beds, one tri bunk ( combination single & double bed) Pets are welcome outside only. They are not permitted inside at this property.
