SWISS 28 is a villa 3 Beds/3Baths with Pool & Jacuzzi ~ (OPTIONAL***This unit has the ability to heat the pool or Jacuzzi. This three bedroom / three bathroom villa is just a few minutes walking distance from the man made waterski lakes and the golf course. Its location makes it one of the most rented units of the development. Located in a vast and well maintained park next to the start of Tee #2 and in front of Lake Stephanie, Lot 28 offers you the best of both worlds: a beautiful view of both ski lakes and Flag #2. This villa is also equipped with a screened in patio, infinity pool. Every evening, from the chaise lounge by the pool or on the deck by the lake shore, you will enjoy an incredible sunset over Flag #2 and the lakes! Propane BBQ rental - at an extra cost. RENTAL OPTIONS: The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax. To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave. You can also rent a golf cart from us.
