About the Home
Welcome, y'all, to our magnificent home nestled in Stonebridge Resort, where luxury meets relaxation. With access to three swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, and the scenic Ledgestone golf course, y'all will have endless entertainment options right at your fingertips. Our spacious home is a duplex boasting of six bedrooms and two living rooms, ensuring ample space for everyone to unwind and enjoy. Upstairs, the open-concept kitchen and living room area offers a large TV and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The garage has recently been renovated into a game room and includes ping pong, air hockey, cornhole and arcade games! Downstairs, cozy up by the fireplace in the second living room, complete with a pool table and poker table. Situated atop a hill, our home offers one of the most picturesque views in all of Stonebridge. The upper level features three bedrooms! The primary suite has a king bed and an attached spacious bathroom! Bedrooms 2 has a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has a king bed, with a hall bathroom in between. Downstairs, y'all will find three more bedrooms! Bedroom 4 has another king bed. Bedroom 5 has two queen beds for extra comfort. Then Bedroom 6 is actually located directly off of Bedroom 5 and features a bunkbed with an extra full-size bed. Step outside onto one of the two back patios and take in the magnificent vistas of the Ozarks. Plus, with Silver Dollar City just a few minutes away and all the attractions of Branson just a 10-minute drive, y'all will never be far from the action. Primary guest minimum age must be 24 years old. CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises. STONEBRIDGE CAR FEE NOTICE! StoneBridge has implemented a $7 charge per vehicle per night that will need to be paid at the gate upon entering the resort. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The Neighborhood
For those hot summer days, we are just down the street from one of the 3 StoneBridge COMMUNITY POOLS! Close enough to grab your towels (bring your own pool towels) and walk on over! The beautiful pool (open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend) is the perfect spot to cool off in the summer or lounge with your favorite book in one of the pool-side chairs! A short 5 minute drive away is the small lake... Forest Lake, in the StoneBridge community. It offers a beautiful walking track around the pond and catch and release fishing, so just bring your poles! (no fishing license required) Several of the other StoneBridge amenities are in this same location including a large zero-entry pool overlooking Forrest Lake. It is open seasonally, Memorial Day to Labor Day, just bring your pool towels! There is also a sand volleyball court, half basketball court, playground, and walking trail around Forest Lake! You will also have access to the clubhouse which includes 3 tennis courts, a fitness center, and another outdoor pool (also open seasonally). You can set up a tee time to play a round at LedgeStone’s golf course (for a fee) or enjoy dinner out at the LedgeStone Bar and Grill. BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE! Indian Pointe Marina is just 15 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! The State Park Marina is only 20 minutes away and would be another great option! If you are bringing a boat with you, both marinas are available for you to set up plans for easy storage! NEED OTHER HOMES?!? We have several other cabins also in the Stonebridge community ready to help you accommodate whatever your needs may be! We have everything from 1 bedrooms cabins up to 7 bedroom cabins! Just let us know what else you are looking for!
