Each side of the duplex features an open living room with a sofa sleeper and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining table. The layout makes it easy to cook, dine, and relax together. On one side, the upstairs includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and a guest bedroom with a queen bed. These rooms share a hallway bathroom. On the other side, the primary bedroom also has a king bed, and the guest bedroom offers a full over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. These rooms also share a hallway bathroom. Outside, both sides come together on a large shared deck with a brand new private pool and outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh coastal breeze. Each unit also includes a private washer and dryer for added convenience. This well-designed duplex offers comfort, space, and flexibility, creating the perfect backdrop for your next beach getaway. *This property is equipped with Ring cameras located at the front and back of the property for security purposes.* CLEAN BED PROMISE Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
