Downstairs — the social space: Open-plan living room, dining for four, and a fully equipped Smeg kitchen (oven, cooktop, coffee machine) that opens through floor-to-ceiling glass onto the pool terrace. You see the ocean from the sofa, the dining table, and the pool. Morning coffee without leaving the villa is very much part of the deal. Upstairs — your own space: Two bedrooms on a mezzanine level, each with a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom with natural light and partial ocean views. You share the living areas; you don't share walls, bathrooms, or mornings. Rooftop: A small balcony with seating — good for evening drinks. Note: a nearby hotel development (the W) is visible from this level (see "Other things to note"). Soundproof glass throughout keeps the interior quiet regardless of what's happening outside. Nearby construction: The W Hotel is being built nearby. It's visible from the rooftop and upstairs bathroom windows, but not from the pool, living area, or bedrooms. Soundproof glass means you won't hear it inside. Our pricing reflects this — you're getting a villa on Uluwatu's best stretch of coastline at a fraction of what this location normally commands. Utilities: Like most of southern Uluwatu, brief power or water interruptions can occasionally occur. They're area-wide and typically resolved within minutes. Damage & Accountability: Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of villa furnishings, equipment, or property during their stay. Any issues should be reported promptly to your host. The Neighborhood
Goa Lempeh, Pecatu — on Uluwatu's southern cliffs alongside Six Senses, Alila, The Edge, and Bulgari. Wide roads, quiet residential feel, nothing like Canggu or Seminyak. 5–10 min drive: Savaya, Sundays Beach Club, Palmilla, Rock Bar at AYANA, Melasti Beach, Single Fin. Not walkable — you'll want scooters or a driver or Grab/Gojek. We can arrange scooter rentals or a driver, plus airport transfers (see Getting Around).
