This property is the ideal holiday home for a group of friends or a family looking for a sea change. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and is located in a separate studio area downstairs. Upstairs, there is a large, open-plan kitchen/ living/ dining area and the main bathroom. There is also a balcony overlooking the stunning Long Beach, Guichen Bay and the township of Robe. There is a RC/AC to keep guests comfortable year-round. The studio downstairs includes a bedroom/ lounge area and a private bathroom/ laundry. Please note there is no internal staircase between the two levels. Downstairs is accessible from the carport. Strictly NO pets allowed sorry.
