Our charming 43-50 SQM family apartments is located in a quiet area between the Old Town and the vibrant district of Södermalm. The three apartments are located on groundfloor up to floor 2 with elevator. The apartments offer free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette. You live just a minute from restaurants, shops and public transport. The apartments are located in a building from the 1650s and has high ceilings and lovely stucco. Our apartments are spacious and feature an open-plan design, creating a seamless flow between the living and sleeping areas. Each studio offers complete privacy, reserved exclusively for you as our guest. The apartments is well-planned with fully fitted kitchenettes (with a microwave combined oven). Dining table with chairs and contemporary tiled bathrooms with a shower. There is also comfortable and exclusive Hästens beds, the first bedroom offers a 140cm wide bed, the other bedroom has a 90 bed and there Is also one bed-sofa that are 140cm wide in the livingroom. Terms and Conditions 1. Guest Policy: Only registered and confirmed guests are permitted to stay at the premises. Liability for Damages and Deep Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its facilities in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions. 4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage. 5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. The accommodation is equipped with a disturbance detection system that monitors and alerts management to any violations related to excessive noise or smoke. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction. 6. No Smoking Policy: The accommodation is a strictly non-smoking establishment, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without a refund. 7. Forgotten items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items. 8. No Illegal Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to prostitution and drug use. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund. 9. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties. 10. Footwear Policy: Guests are required to refrain from wearing shoes inside the accommodation to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
