This 4 bedroom Tahoe home nestled in the woods right on the Northstar Golf Course features beautiful wooded and golf course views from every room. Enjoy the expansive deck off the great room with large umbrella table and ample bench and chair seating. The upstairs boasts a remodeled fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a vaulted living room with a dramatic floor to ceiling wood-burning rock fireplace, a sofa bed, two leather chairs and wrap around cushioned bench seating. Also on this level is the large master bedroom with a TV, King Bed, and full bathroom. Finishing the upstairs is an additional bedroom with a bunk bed -twin bed on top and a double bed on bottom. There is a half bath off the upper-level hallway. As you move downstairs, you will find a second living area with a sofa bed, two club chairs, a wood-burning fireplace, TV, laundry room, bathroom with a tub/shower, and two bedrooms - one with two twin beds and another cozy bedroom with a queen bed and TV. Downstairs level has easy access to the oversized two car garage. Northstar boasts year-round activities. This house has access to the free Northstar Shuttle that will pick you up at your driveway and take you just up the road to the Village to access the Recreation Center, mountain bike park, ski lifts, ice rink or shops & restaurants! The Golf Club house is conveniently located just a few blocks from this home. This home is pet friendly and has wireless internet. This property offers access to the Northstar Recreation Center ($10 per person/per day). The Recreation Center offers several outdoor Jazuzzi’s, a heated year round adult lap pool, a well-equipped expansive workout room, a game room with pool tables, air hockey, video games and much more. In the summer, guests will also enjoy the Junior Olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, adult lap pool, kid’s camp, play area, Snack Shack and tennis/pickleball courts. Summer activities include a champion 18-hole golf course and golf pro, tennis courts, tennis pro available for lessons, rolling skating rink, mountain bike trails including chair lift to take you to the top and equestrian center with great trails for horseback riding. Winter activities at Northstar Resort include the new Lookout Mountain offering acres of new terrain for skiers and snowboarders including a Terrain Park and Super Pipe.
