We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.) --- We have active doorbell and exterior security cameras outside to ensure the safety of our guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and will notify you when thresholds are being reached for extended periods of time --- You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 6 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest --- Please, Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash and Recycle days are Tuesday, if your stay falls on that day we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bins to the curb Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping. Some reservations are subject to a credit card authorization hold for damage, excessive cleaning, and incidentals Cancellation Fees: All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions.
