There can be no more than 4 guests in the unit per occupancy rules set by the city fire marshal. Only one parking pass will be issued per unit. A 2nd pass may be available during the slower off seasons but is not guaranteed. You must be 21 to rent. This is strictly enforced by our on site security and is not flexible. There is no smoking/vaping and no animals allowed in this unit. The resort will not allow guests with pets of any kind on the property. You will be fined up to $200 for smoking or vaping inside the condo. NO late checkouts without prior approval.
