This thoughtfully designed space features a cozy loft bedroom with a king bed and a study area with a sofa bed for an additional guest, along with one full and one half bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living area with Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, high-speed WiFi, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. You’ll have access to the entire space, with the exception of one or two storage closets. Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the House Rules, Emerald Stay Terms & Conditions, provide a copy of your ID and credit card details for incidentals and reason for visit via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment. HOUSE RULES: - Occupancy [ 3 ] - Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. - Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. - Pets are not allowed at this vacation rental. - Smoking is not allowed. - Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. - Fireworks are not allowed. - Parties or events are not allowed. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. Please note that we are located in a residential neighborhood, and maintaining quiet hours after 10 PM is important to ensure a positive relationship with our neighbors. - For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask you to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. - Please feel free to take out the trash and place it in the designated bins. We try our best to recycle! Please, no plastic bags in the recycling bins. - If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. - Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind. - In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Pool Rules: - The pool is shared. Please be courteous to other guests. - The pool cannot be heated. - Available from 8 AM-10 PM. - No glass or food allowed in the pool or in the pool area. - No parties allowed in the pool area. - There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. - For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Common area / Pool: Please be courteous to your fellow patrons and also clean up after yourselves in these areas. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us. Trash Instructions: Place your garbage can on the porch with one securely tied bag from Sunday to Thursday by 7 PM. Bring the empty bin back inside after it has been emptied or the following morning.
