Ideally located, this studio offers you privileged access to the hidden treasures of the City of Light. You'll be just a stone's throw from the Invalides; the Champs de Mars, a popular spot for picnics and relaxation; and the quays of the Seine. What's more, the neighborhood is home to renowned museums such as the Musée d'Orsay and the Musée Maillol. This location allows you to explore Paris on foot or using the easily accessible public transport system. You can easily reach the 4 corners of the capital and discover the city's various emblematic sites: the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre Museum, the Sacré Coeur ... This atypical studio welcomes you in tranquility, combining Parisian charm with modern amenities. It comprises: - A separate, functional, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and even a washing machine for your convenience. - The living room doubles as a bedroom, with a double bed, small table and TV. - Bathroom with bath and WC. - Storage space - Bed linen and towels are provided. - High-speed Internet connection (WiFi) This apartment is much more than just a home, it's a cocoon of comfort in the heart of Paris, where every detail has been carefully thought out. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement.It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study programs or internships. Paris's 7th arrondissement is one of the French capital's most prestigious and emblematic districts. Located on the left bank of the Seine, it's home to numerous historic monuments, cultural institutions and embassies. If you'd like to discover French gastronomy, I recommend the following restaurants: - Restaurant CINQ-MARS - Les Antiquaires - L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon - Paris Seine We ask you to provide us with the necessary supporting documents: - 1 proof of identity- 1 proof of reason for stay (work or school)- 1 e-mail address1 contract will be sent to you by email and an inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure.
